During our sessions together we look at your lifestyle – any stresses or worries that are impacting your eating habits and identify your real reasons for overeating or eating the wrong foods – is it for comfort?…  maybe for reward?…..  Then by using various techniques to find and establish alternative healthy habits.

It’s important to deal with any deeper issues otherwise you may just keep falling back into bad habits with your food and exercise.   Our sessions for weight management also help to increase your personal confidence, motivation to exercise more and incorporate deep relaxation, visualisation and positive suggestion techniques.

Our 12 week programme aims to provide a rounded and complete approach to weight management including reframing your relationship with food, reasons for eating, how much you eat, when you eat, awareness of your ‘self’ in terms of physical and emotional needs, nutritional guidance and physical exercise review.
