We deliver workshops and 1-to-1 sessions for Children, Young Adults and Adults.

We look to fully understand your unique needs, we listen and carefully feedback on what we have heard to ensure we have a clear appreciation of your situation, thoughts and needs, and then we work with you towards your view of how you want your life to be.

We are clear on expectations to ensure both you and your therapist remain on track and keep the process realistic, with regular reviews to check progress and refine expectations as they will develop.

Your therapist will during your first session clearly share and explain these limits to confidentiality, how they work and other information you need to be aware of, so you can move forward informed and aware of what the process is.
