We all need a little help to find our sense of wellbeing at sometime in our lives, as the pressures of balancing work, family and a hectic lifestyle can begin to take its toll.
By changing how we think, and approach our issues by just a small amount, can have a really positive effect. One of the best ways to be free from stress & anxiety is to look at resolving what’s causing it; if there is no cause, there can be no effect.
We also understand that there are occasions when we need to recognise that some things cannot immediately be changed. But by working with you to develop a stronger sense of self-belief and understanding we can assist you towards acceptance, whilst helping you build personal resilience to move forward.
Our experienced and friendly practitioner, Ian Smith, will work closely with you to identify the underlying causes of problems. We use a range of recognised and effective therapies, including counselling and hypnotherapy, to create a personalised programme to support your personal journey to wellbeing.

We are able to offer both single and multi-session therapeutic counselling and hypnotherapy for the conditions listed under this heading above; as well as life coaching towards lifestyle and personal development goals which are always unique to you as an individual.
Also when in need of some instant relaxation or specific therapeutic time-out, just for your own personal wellbeing, then please take the time to review our very popular Hypno-experiences.
Remember, you do not need to be in an emotionally challenging place to benefit from our support, in fact we firmly believe that everyone (including you) would benefit from either a counselling or hypnosis session every 4 to 8 weeks, think of this as preventive action; an investment in your own personal wellbeing.
